The FC7000 series has a geometry specially developed for machining foams. Mirror sharpening has been implemented to achieve an extremely sharp cutting edge that leaves exquisite finish surfaces. Virtually all references feature a neck for deep pocket machining. Suitable for cutting:

- Polyurethane (PUR) foams.

- Polyethylene (PE) foams.

- Foamed PVC.
