The AC6000 Series features micrograin carbide single-flute end mills specially designed for machining non-ferrous metals. They feature a very sharp cutting edge finished with an innovative tip geometry, developed specifically to facilitate immersion into the workpiece and improve chip ejection in soft aluminium, which tends to clog the tool during cutting.

To optimise performance, the use of lubricant during the cutting process is recommended.
