The MORTISE series is characterized by its two downcut flutes. This milling cutter has a high ge­ometric stability and is mainly used for grooving and pocketing at high feed rates, also for cutting thin sheets and small parts. The downcut holds the material against the working table and allows for high quality surface finishes to be achieved.

Compression series developed with high wear resistance sub-micrograin carbide. It features highly optimised helix geometry and finishes for perfect chip evacuation, allowing it to be used at high feed rates. Its design is ideal for achieving perfect finishes free of delamination on the outermost layers in:

- Hard and soft woods.

- Plywood, MDF, melamine chipboard, OSB, etc.

- Solid surface materials: Corian®, Krion®, Varicor®, etc.

MC COMPRESSION is similar in geometry to D COMPRESSION, but MC has a coating that allows heat to be released from the cutting edge, thereby delaying wear on the cutter. Especially suitable for high production on melamine boards, MDF, plywood, etc.

The ROMPEVIRUTAS (chip breaker) series is characterised by its special geometry, designed mainly for cutting HPL, Trespa or very hard materials.
